Mindfulness practices, such as meditation and breathwork, can help relieve stored tensions and emotions within the body and restore a sense of balance and well-being that affects not only our work relationships but our personal interactions as well.
Our workshop leaders and teachers are here to share knowledge and help. Custom-created workshops are available for community groups, workplace wellness programs, as well for individual needs. A certified Pilates instructor (PSC) Reiki master and breathwork coach, Glenn specializes in supporting holistic healing for a specific needs, including sports injuries, age-related conditions, depression and moving forward from traumatic events. His passion is sharing holistic healing modalities for specific needs that connect the body’s physical healing, mental balance and spiritual connection.
